Leading culture agency Cambodian Living Arts hosted the third ANCER conference in Phnom Penh supported by the French Institute of Cambodia, with the theme “Vitality & Viability: Arts Ecosystems in Asia” Keynotes were delivered by Huot Dara of Phare Performing Social Enterprise (Cambodia) and Margaret Shiu of the Bamboo Curtain Studio (Taiwan).
Prominence was also given to young fellows, cultural leaders and emerging researchers throughout the Asia Pacific region highlighting the interdependency within the links of the ANCER network as well as promoting cross generational dialogue.
